Where we ship
SCIGOLD currently ships within the United States (all 50 states). One exception: the BK5300 jump starter and power bank (115.2 Wh) ships to the 48 contiguous states only, not to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on all US orders of $35 or more.
- Orders under $35: a flat $4.99 standard shipping fee.
Processing & delivery time
- Handling time: orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed.
- Standard delivery: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch (contiguous US).
- A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
How lithium batteries ship
Our lithium cells are certified to UN 38.3 and ship by ground carriers (USPS / UPS) in compliance with US DOT regulations for lithium batteries. This is standard for rechargeable Li-ion products and does not change your delivery estimate. A battery above 100 Wh, such as the BK5300, travels by road only: never by air, and never by USPS.
